Lauren in 2018. He comes to MMS with 10 years of teaching experience, the majority of which has been at the middle school level. Matt is passionate about providing kids with ample opportunities in class to read independently and to explore new genres of books. When he is not teaching, Matt can be found doing the following: trail running with his dog Rufus, paddle boarding, hiking, watching University of Georgia football and basketball games, reading, cooking and/or strumming his ukelele.
