Fun Facts About Mrs. Scanlon:

• I attended Turtle Lake School and I would visit my mom in the media center every day where she was the librarian.
• I love to read! Some of my favorite books are the Harry Potter series, Miss Rumphius and Strega Nona.
• I enjoy traveling. The furthest place I have visited is Tanzania, Africa where I climbed part of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
• I am a runner. You might see me running the paths of Shoreview.
• I play violin and piano.
• I swam with dolphins in the Pacific Ocean.
• One of my favorite 1st grade memories is watching the Twins World Series Champion parade on TV in the gym at school.
