Spring Update

Players and Parents,

With the Winter Sport Season coming to an end it is time to start looking to the Spring. Our athletes have had a great off-season participating in other sports, and making gains in the weight room, the coaches have been busy fine tuning our skills As we head into March we start offering more opportunities for players to develop both mentally and physically in preparation for the season.

The calendar located at www.irondalefootball.com has been updated to include all the opportunities available to players looking to improve this spring.

Speed Training/ Open Gym (Field)

Starting Monday March 4th at 7:00am and continuing every Monday and every other Wednesday until school is out. We will be offering Speed Training and Open Gym (Field when weather permits). This is open to all athletes. (Check Calendar for Details).

NEW ETS Lifting Hours 3:40pm to 4:50pm until Spring Season

Starting Monday March 4th and until notified otherwise after school lifting/ speed training will start at 3:40 and run until 4:50. I am working on getting activity bus pushed back, but we could really use some support in parents and kids coordinating rides for after lifting until that happens.
