All clubs must turn in the following annually in order to be recognized on campus:

Interested in starting a new club? 

You must have an advisor and at least seven (7) members.  Once you have that, you must fill out a New Club Application along with a Club Constitution and a Club Budget Form.  


Once all of your forms are filled out, turn them in to Ms. Monreal in the Student Store or email them to our Club Commissioners, Luis Rodriguez and Amanda Bañuelos.

 
You will not be recognized as an official Schurr club until your paperwork has been submitted and approved by USB.

Fundraising / Deposits

Please submit the following paperwork for ALL fundraisers.  This includes online fundraisers as well as off-campus fundraisers.  

You must turn in either form at least four weeks prior to your event:

The profits from your fundraiser must be deposited into your USB account and turned in with the Profit Analysis form within two weeks after the close of your fundraiser.  

*Online/restaurants fundraisers are the exception - they must be submitted as soon as they are received, if past the two week requirement.  

**This form must be printed in YELLOW paper! You may pick a in the Administration Building hallway bulletin board.

Facilities Request

If you need to use our campus for any events (including fundraisers),  a SCHURR CAMPUS RESERVATION FORM must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your event.  It is highly recommended that you submit it as soon as you possible, as the date you are requesting might be taken if you wait till the very end.

**These forms must be emailed to SHS_facilities@montebello.k12.ca.us (not Ms. Monreal) and must be turned in by the Club/Organization Advisor (not students).

If you need to obtain a check, please fill out this form completely and provide an invoice/receipt.

Deliver this form to Ms. Monreal in the Activites Office (in Library) or drop it off in one of her mailboxes (outside of Student Store office or inside of Staff Lounge)

If you would like to transfer money from one account to another, simply fill out the top part, the Transfer section and include all of the required signatures.  

*Please note, it may take up to two weeks to receive your check.

In order to run an effective United Student Body and prevent fraud, all organizations at Schurr must follow the FCMAT ASB Accounting Manual.
