Fundraising

Please submit the following paperwork for ALL fundraisers.  This includes online fundraisers as well as off-campus fundraisers.  

*All fundraisers MUST BE APPROVED by USB prior to the commencement of your fundraiser.  

You must turn in the Fundraiser Approval Form at least four weeks prior to your event: 

This form can be emailed to Ms. Monreal at monreal_claudia@montebello.k12.ca.us or you can find a hardcopy in the Administration Building hallway bulletin board.  Hardcopies must be delivered to Ms. Monreal in the Student Store Office or may be dropped off in her mailbox.  


Deposits

The profits from your fundraiser must be deposited into your USB account and turned in with the Profit Analysis form within two weeks after the close of your fundraiser.  *Online/restaurants fundraisers are the exception - they must be submitted as soon as they are received, if past the two week requirement.  

**This form must be printed in YELLOW paper! You may pick up a copy in the Student Store or in the Administration Building hallway bulletin board.
