Fundraising

Please submit the following paperwork for ALL fundraisers.  This includes online fundraisers as well as off-campus fundraisers.  

*All fundraisers MUST BE APPROVED by USB prior to the commencement of your fundraiser.  

You must turn in the Fundraiser Approval Form at least four weeks prior to your event along with your Profit Analysis form

*Only the top part, the Estimated Sales and Cost of Sales sections must be filled out at this time. 



These forms can be emailed to Ms. Monreal at monreal_claudia@montebello.k12.ca.us or you can find a hardcopy in the Administration Building hallway bulletin board.  Hardcopies must be delivered to Ms. Monreal in the Student Store Office or may be dropped off in her mailbox.
