About Us
The Learning, Reasoning, and Adaptation (LRA) Lab at Montclair State University conducts research in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Our research focuses on developing intelligent systems that can learn from complex data, reason about challenging problems, and adapt to evolving environments. We explore large language models, time-series learning, and reliable machine learning, with applications in financial AI and intelligent decision-making.
Research Areas
We develop machine learning methods for modeling complex and time-dependent data, with applications in forecasting and financial decision-making.
We investigate the reasoning and understanding capabilities of large language models, particularly for mathematical, structured, and multimodal information.
We study how machine learning models can remain reliable as data and operating environments evolve, including model adaptation, unlearning, and maintenance.
