Camera Access: We require access to your device’s native camera to capture live proof photos. The App strictly prohibits uploading existing photos from the camera roll to ensure the authenticity of the report.
Time Synchronization Data: We fetch real-time data from online Network Time Protocol (NTP) servers to verify that the time on your captured photos has not been tampered with or modified locally on the device.
Device Information: We may collect basic device logs, operating system versions, and unique device identifiers solely for bug reporting, system optimization, and anti-fraud/mock location detection.
We use the collected information exclusively for work compliance and tracking purposes, including:
Generating non-editable, verified timestamped and geotagged photos for your employer or records.
Preventing location fraud (e.g., blocking mock location apps or system time tampering).
Compiling work hour analytics, calendar history grids, and exporting reports (PDF/Excel).
Maintaining and improving the App's technical performance.
Local Storage: Photos captured within the App, along with encrypted metadata (NTP time, GPS coordinates), are stored securely on your device.
Cloud Synchronisation (Optional / Business Accounts): If your account is part of an organization/company subscription, data and photos will be synced to our secure cloud servers to allow your supervisor to review reports.
Data Retention: We only retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the services requested by you or your organization, or to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or location data to third-party advertisers. Data is only shared under the following conditions:
With Your Employer/Organization: If you use a corporate account, your proof photos, location, and work hours are automatically accessible to your authorized supervisor.
Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services (such as Google Maps API / Apple Maps for rendering maps, or Firebase for crash logs). These providers are legally bound to protect your data under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including end-to-end data transmission encryption and strict anti-tampering verification codes) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Our App is a B2B productivity tool intended solely for use by working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions).
