***FOR ALL ATHLETES - PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS***

1. Every Student-Athlete must meet and maintain minimum academic standards

2. Every Student-Athlete must sign up and pay the athletic user fee

3. An updated sports physical must be on file every 13 months

4. Every Student-Athlete must complete concussion impact testing every 2 years

5. An Athletic Contract must be signed by each participating athlete
