The band meets for practices weekly to learn and master their skills in playing the various instruments. For further honing of skills and attainment of competency in playing, the band participated in three band exchanges in the first school semester held at various venues including Queenstown Secondary, Fairfield Methodist and Outram Secondary.

OSS Concert Band performed at 2023 SYF Arts Presentation on 13th April and on OSS Annual Speech Day on 19th May.
