It gives me great pleasure to be a part of Qifa Primary, a school with a proud tradition of nurturing confident and responsible learners. As I step into the role as Principal of Qifa Primary, I am filled with excitement for the opportunities ahead and gratitude for the strong foundations laid by past School Leaders, our dedicated staff, and the supportive community that surrounds our school.
I believe that every child can learn and carries unique strengths waiting to be discovered. Education, to me, is about recognising these strengths and providing opportunities for them to grow. When children are nurtured in an environment of care and purpose, they develop resilience and a belief in themselves as capable contributors to a better future. This, is at the heart of the Qifa Experience.
The Qifa Experience is our commitment to providing joyful and meaningful learning that brings out the best in every child. Through signature programmes such as our Applied Learning Programme “Effective Communication” and Learning for Life Programme “CHAMPS@Qifa”, we strive to strengthen character and empower our pupils to discover and hone their strengths. These experiences help them connect learning with life and life with purpose, forming a rich tapestry of opportunities that define their time in Qifa Primary.
A key enabler of the Qifa Experience is the dedication of our teachers. Devoting their time to designing meaningful learning experiences and supporting pupils in their growth, their professionalism and deep commitment to every child’s learning form the heartbeat of our school. I am honoured to work alongside such a passionate team and am committed to supporting them as they continue to bring the Qifa Experience to life.
Education is a shared journey, and the Qifa Experience extends beyond the classroom. Strong partnerships with parents and the wider community play a vital role in every child’s growth. By working hand in hand with families, we ensure that our pupils continue to grow with confidence, compassion and a strong sense of belonging. I look forward to partnering all of you in strengthening this shared experience to continue Qifa Primary’s proud tradition of excellence and care.
As we celebrate Qifa Primary’s 120th Anniversary in 2026, may we journey as one united Qifa family and nurture every child to shine in their own way.
