Note: The Reset Password is used only in the event that you have forgotten your password and wish to define a new password for yourself. It should be distinguished from the Change Password function.
On the iEXAMS login screen, click on Reset Password.
Enter your User ID and click Submit.
Answer the security question that you have previously configured and click Submit.
e.g. What is your favourite colour?
A system-generated password will be sent to your email.
If you would like to activate your account or are unable to self reset your password, you may contact your iEXAMS Coordinator or log a request with the SSOE Service Desk.
