Change Password
At the iCON homepage after you've signed in https://icon.moe.edu.sg, click on the 3 dots (...) beside “Sign out” and select “Change password”.
Reset Password
Option A: Answer challenge questions
Click Forgot Password?
Key in your iCON ID (e.g. adrian_chua). Click Next.
You will need to provide correct answers to the challenge questions that you have selected previously, e.g.
What is your mother's maiden name?
What is the name of your primary school?
If the answers are correct, a temporary password will be sent to your mobile and alternate email address.
Click on Go To Login Page and key in the temporary password in the Existing Password field, and set a new password. Retype your new password to confirm it.
Click Submit.
Your password has been reset.
Option B: Click/Scan QR to send a SMS
Note that SMS charges may apply.
Only proceed if you have already configured mobile number as password recovery contact.
Click Forgot Password?
On your registered mobile phone's browser click the QR Code to open a SMS template. You can also scan QR using your mobile phone's camera.
Type in your iCON ID and proceed to send the SMS.
If both the mobile number and iCON ID are correct, a temporary password will be sent to your alternate email and/or mobile number.
Unlock Account/ Activate Account

Provide Name, School and Last 4 characters of NRIC details
A temporary password will be sent to pvps@moe.edu.sg. (Kindly inform our school Local Administrator: Lee Siew Kiang)
