To facilitate the class allocation, please fill in the Mother Tongue / Second Language option form by 24 October 2025.
For parents/guardians who have opted for their child/ward to take a second language that is different from the child's race, we will be sending you an application form via email to complete and submit to MOE HQ for approval.
The school will be providing a complimentary piece of red raglan t-shirt for all the incoming Primary 1 students. This t-shirt is usually worn on special occasions and celebrations, such as the school’s Founders’ Day, National Day and sports day.
Please refer to the sizing guide on the form and place your red t-shirt order by 24 October 2025.
Parents Gateway (PG) mobile app will be used to send notifications regarding school events, assessment and other important announcements. We strongly encourage you to download the app by 24 October 2025. Please refer to the guide (Annex A) for information on how to onboard PG. Please turn on ‘Push Notifications’ in the app settings to ensure you will receive all school notifications.
We will be sending out notifications via the PG mobile app progressively as your child/ward settles into the school.
Parents will be able to log in via Singpass. As for legal guardians, please contact the school to activate your account.

Please submit the information through the online Student Details Form portal from 10.00 am, 1 Dec 2025. Only one parent (father or mother) is required to submit the pupildata to MOE. He/she can submit his/her own education level and that of the spouse’s. We seek your help to complete the submission by 31 December 2025.
There will be a parents' briefing conducted online and it will be held on 14 November 2025, 3pm - 5pm. Please register here by 7 November 2025.
LOA applies to all Singapore Citizen and Singapore Permanent Resident students in primary school, secondary school, junior colleges and Millennia Institute.
To be granted LOA, your child must fulfil all 3 of the following criteria:
A Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Presently studying in a Singapore school.
Accompanying you on an overseas posting with the intention of rejoining their school after returning to Singapore.
Your child also qualifies for LOA if they are already registered for Primary 1 (P1) but will be overseas at the start of the year.

Cheque: Made payable to ‘Geylang Methodist School (Primary)’ and submit to school's General Office on Mondays-Fridays, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Cash: Pay at the school’s General Office on Mondays-Fridays, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
AXS mobile app: Download the app and pay digitally.

You are invited to apply for GIRO for the payment of your child/ward’s school fees, enrichment programmes and school charges.
Please note that the Child Development Account (CDA) cannot be used to sign up for the GIRO scheme.
This standing order form is applicable to Singapore Citizen students only. Students will receive annual download of $230 from the start of their primary school until completion of secondary school education.
The Edusave account of Singaporean student may be used to subsidise / pay for:
Enrichment programmes organised by school.
Miscellaneous fees ($13/month).

Applications received by 30 November 2025 will be processed for first MOE bill in February 2026.
We will inform parents/guardians on the class and house allocation in November 2025 via email.
To minimise waiting time and avoid crowd, you are encouraged to purchase school uniform and textbooks online. Online purchase for the school uniform and books is available now (please refer to the respective vendor's website for online purchase deadline and collection dates). You may opt for home delivery (delivery fee applies) or collection at the school.

Parents/guardian who prefer to purchase the school uniform and textbooks physically or collect their online order from the school, you may refer to Annex A for the vendors’ schedule.
For students with approved or pending FAS application, you will not need to purchase the school uniform and textbooks. Please wait for the office to contact you regarding the approval letter.

Our school-based student care (SCC) is under NASCANS. Applications are not open for next year's Primary 1 students. We will update this site when the information is available.
