Thriving with Positivity is a three-part developmental workshop designed to support Primary 6 students as they navigate the demands of their final year in primary school and prepare for a smooth transition to secondary school.
In Part 1: Knowing Myself, students will explore the importance of self-management and self-motivation in achieving personal effectiveness. Through guided activities and reflection, they will gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, values, and personal goals.
Part 2: Managing Myself focuses on equipping students with practical tools to thrive under pressure. They will learn essential study skills, stress management strategies, and Cyber Wellness habits to maintain a healthy balance between academic demands and mental well-being.
Finally, in Part 3: Preparing for What’s Ahead, students will be introduced to common challenges faced in secondary school and learn effective strategies to manage this transition. They will also develop their own individualised action plans to work towards personal goals and embrace future changes with resilience and confidence.
Through this structured and student-centric approach, Thriving with Positivity nurtures students to grow as self-aware, self-directed, and adaptable individuals.
