At OSS, we believe that every student is a leader. Whether you're a Class Chairperson, House Captain, Peer Support Leader, or Student Councillor, we nurture different leadership pathways to help students grow in confidence, initiative, and service.

🧠 All students experience cohort-level leadership development programmes that introduce them to the Leadership Challenge model, helping them understand and practise key behaviours of effective leadership.
🎓 For selected student leaders, additional training sessions are provided to deepen their leadership skills and prepare them to lead their peers with clarity and empathy.
🎤 At the heart of OSS leadership is the belief in student voice. Students are empowered to contribute meaningfully to school life by facilitating school-wide initiatives such as Student Voice dialogues, event hosting, and programme planning.
