The event is organised by Healing Hands Rotaract Club, in conjunction with People’s Association and Kampong Chai Chee Youth Network, powered by National Youth Council, Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and Youth Change Makers, with support from Rotary Club of Singapore West and Rotary International.
