Sort your PTM responses
Guide to how to sort your form class PTM responses to manage students who have not submitted their responses, and manage parents' booking time-slots.
Sort by name
Sort by name
The following steps are useful for managing students who have yet to submit their responses, in order of their register numbers.
- Click on the "Filter" icon's drop-down button.
- Select "By name".
Alternatively, you many wish to use the menu bar, and select:
- Data > Filter views... > By name
Note:
- You can still write your personal comment in column H, while in the "Filter view" mode.
- DO NOT write anything in the yellow cells as the data are imported from another sheet.

The following steps are useful for keeping track of the sequence of parents to meet.
- Click on the "Filter" icon's drop-down button.
- Select "By time".
