When you see the following message, "There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request", it means that your computer is unable to log you into the network.
Please ensure that your computer is able to connect to the school network.
For Desktop / Laptop with Ethernet port:
For Laptop without Ethernet cable connected:
If your WiFi function key shows an amber light, please turn on the WiFi by pressing the WiFi key or "Fn + WiFi" key. Wait for 15 - 30 seconds for the laptop to connect to the WiFi before you press "Ctrl + Alt + Del" again.
If you are still getting the same "No logon server" error message even though your computer has been connected via the ethernet cable or the WiFi, you may restart the computer with the ethernet cable connect.
Ensure that the USB to Ethernet adapter's LED light is blinking after the computer restarts. Then proceed with "Ctrl + Alt + Del" to login.
