When you see the following message, "The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.", it means that you have failed to login 5 consecutive times. Even though you may remember the correct credential later on, you will not be able to login since the account it locked out.
Please ensure that either you or the MIMS Local Admin have access to the internet.
Use this solution if you know they security answers to your MIMS. You can access MIMS using your mobile phone.
Use this solution if you do not have access to any SSOE computer and the IAMS Local admin can access the IAMS portal.

1.Visit https://mims.moe.gov.sg
2. Click on "Forget Password?"
3. Enter your MIMS Login ID and you will be prompted with the Challenge Questions you have set earlier.
The following instruction is for the School Local Administrator to follow:
Log in with your CES email address as your user ID.
Type in your current IAMS password as your password.
Click "Sign in".
5. Click on "Application" > "[LA] Reset Password for Staff"
6. Search for the user using the 🔎 button.
7. Ensure the new password meets the necessary criteria.
Type in your temporary and new password.
Click "Ok" to proceed.
