Archive CES Mailbox

Guide to archive old email in Microsoft Outlook

Your CES has a capacity of 2 GB. You will receive email notifications when your mailbox reaches 80% and 100% capacity. At 100% cpapcity, you will not be able to send any emails.

Before you begin

DELETE unwanted emails (especially those with large attachment).
EMPTY your 'Deleted Items' folder.
You will not be able to access deleted emails once they are emptied.
It helps to have email to be archived added to various folders and subfolders so that archiving by folders/sub-folders can be easier.

Archive my folder

Click File to access additional functions.

Click Cleanup Tools.

Select Archive

Click Archive this folder and all subfolders option.

Choose the folder you want to archive.

Now, you can find your archived folders in the folder pane (after clicking on the Home tab).

⚠️ Need to retrieve an archived email?

Select the relevant folder under the Archives section.
