Summary
Hillgrove secondary school’s canteen is newly renovated as of November 2023 with a modern Scandinavian theme, together with the attached toilets that encompasses new fixtures and fittings as well as handicap facilities. The re-design of the canteen was done with the input of the students and staff. It serves halal, non-halal and vegetarian cuisines. Our canteen also has two new infotainment display that showcases announcements and Channel News Asia to keep the students up to date with current events.

Hillgrove Secondary School has one (1) vacancy for a Western Halal Food Stall commencing operations from Tue, 02 Jan 2024.
We are located at 10, Bukit Batok St 52, Singapore 659250.
If you are interested, the requirements are as follows:
Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
Provide food that meets the health/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board (HPB). Applicant may refer to the HPB website at https://www.hpb.gov.sg/schools/school-programmes/healthy-meals-in-schools-programme.
Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall licence from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
Successful applicant and stall assistant must possess the WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate.
Provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices determined in consultation with the school.
Maintain high standard of food and personal hygiene.
Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.

Form must be completed and submitted to the school’s General Office by Wednesday, 31st January 2024 (5:00PM) with the following documents:
Photocopy of the applicant’s NRIC (front and back)
Proposed menu and pricing
Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene, etc.
