National Day Celebrations 2023

At Hillgrove, our National Day celebrations to commemorate Singapore's 58th Birthday brought about feelings of pride and joy in our students and teachers as the festivities kicked off on a high note with the observance parade. Girls' Brigade, Boys' Brigade, Air Scouts, National Police Cadet Corps, and National Cadet Corps gathered together to march 'Onward as One' - with Concert Band enlivening the parade with their spectacular music. 

The Observance Parade was followed up by The Combined Uniformed Group Fancy Drill Squad - which is a collaborative effort from the 5 Uniformed Groups, comprising of cadets from the Boys’ Brigade, Girls’ Brigade, National Cadet Corp (Air), National Police Cadet Corp and Air Scouts. This year, apart from Fancy Drills, the cadets incorporated the Precision Rifle Drills during the performance. 

The performance was a true testament of the discipline and perseverance of these cadets!
