On March 11, our school hosted the exciting Learning Beyond Classroom, an event designed to spark student curiosity and provide a wealth of opportunities for hands-on learning. This day went beyond the usual classroom experience, bringing lessons to life in real-world settings. By engaging in interactive activities, students were able to apply their knowledge and skills in practical, meaningful ways. The event featured a variety of fun and thought-provoking activities tailored to different year groups. Sec 1 students enjoyed exploring their cultural heritage through Mother Tongue activities and took part in interactive workshops at the Science Centre. Sec 2 students got creative with a dynamic Poetry Slam and tested their problem-solving skills during a Math Trail. For Sec 3, a blend of Humanities inquiry lessons and elective modules encouraged critical thinking and interdisciplinary exploration. Meanwhile, Sec 4 & 5 students embraced their artistic sides through Nagomi Art and bonded over thrilling inter-class games. Learning Beyond Classroom truly showcased how learning can be both enjoyable and impactful, creating memories and experiences that will last a lifetime!
