Cohort Bonding Day 2025: Nature, Connection, and Well-being
On Thursday, 23 January, we launched our annual Cohort Bonding Day, a day dedicated to strengthening relationships, building school spirit, and fostering a positive, thriving class culture. This year, we stepped outside the classroom yet again and embraced the beauty of our city’s green spaces, combining friendship with wellness for a truly refreshing experience.
Each level embarked on their own unique journey:
- Sec 1 kicked things off at Jurong Lake Gardens, soaking in nature’s tranquility while forging new connections.
- Sec 2 had a blast at West Coast Park, enjoying games and activities that brought them closer together.
- Sec 3 revelled at the serene oasis of Raffles Garden which allowed for rejuvenation, creating lasting memories and deepening bonds.
- Our Sec 4 & 5 students enjoyed the serene beauty of the Botanic Gardens, strengthening friendships in a peaceful, green oasis.
Beyond fun and exploration, the day was about creating lasting memories and reinforcing the strong, supportive HGV community we’re so proud of. A little fresh air, a lot of connection, and a reminder that well-being is key!
