Chinese Language Elective Programme (Secondary)

(中学语特)

The Chinese Language Elective Programme at Secondary Level (CLEP-Sec) aims to nurture promising students to attain a high level of language proficiency in Chinese, and enhance their understanding of Chinese Literature. The programme also aims to develop these students into effective ambassadors of the Chinese language, literature and culture within campus and eventually in the local scene.

Interested students are strongly encouraged to join CLEP-Sec in Sec 3. All students enrolled in CLEP-Sec must offer O-Level Literature in Chinese or Literature in Chinese (Elective). Apart from curriculum lessons in Chinese Literature, we seek to instill deeper interest in and enhance understanding of Chinese language, literature and culture through the following:

中学的华文语文特选课程（简称“语特”）旨在培育有兴趣和潜质的学生成为精通双语的人才并且提高他们的文学素养。本校的语特课程以培养年轻一代的文人为使命，通过各种活动让学生成为华文、华文文学以及华文文化的宣传大使。
