Calling all young, creative minds in Singapore!
Embark on a journey to transform our shared HDB corridors and community spaces into vibrant and heart-warming places where "Open Doors" lead to "Open Hearts"! Using your artistic skills and imagination, show us how you would design a poster that inspires kindness and encourages neighbours to build trust and friendship. Whether it’s through greeting others, helping the elderly, or being mindful of noise, your vision can help create a happy community even as we go about our daily lives!

Neighbourliness Poster Design Competition:
Age: 11 years old
Steps to take part
Step 1: Create an original artwork in A5 size(148mmx210mm).
You may use (water) colour pencil, watercolour, or digital art.
Step 2: Scan the QR code/ Click on the link provided in the competition materials to access the submission Padlet.
Step 3: Submit a clear image of your artwork via the Padlet link with your details(Full Name, Class, Register No.).

Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 designs!
Competition Details
The entry should be the sole original work of the participant.
Participants must execute the artwork on A5-size paper or as a digital file.
Participants are free to use any specified medium (drawing or digital art).
Participants are encouraged to create artwork based on themes such as greeting neighbours, helping the elderly, keeping common spaces clean, or being mindful of noise.
Designs should follow key design tips: use big words, select bright colors, and focus on one main picture to ensure the message is easy to understand at a glance.
Your Poster Design must include ONE ATS Dynamic Learner(e.g. Xiao Ai)
SECTION 2: TERMS & CONDITIONS
SUBMISSION
All artworks must be submitted by 18 May 2026 via Padlet(Link here). Late submissions will not be accepted.
Each student is allowed a maximum of 1 entry.
The following information is required for submission: Name, Class, and Register Number.
JUDGING
Clear message: Easily understood and communicated.
Creativity: Unique and imaginative approach.
Relevance: Directly addresses the theme of neighbourliness.
Visual impact: Strong aesthetic appeal and design.
Showcase Winning posters may be showcased on school TV screens, around the school, or even in HDB lift lobbies to inspire the community!
Copyright The ownership of the submitted works remains with the school, and approval must be sought for any use. By submitting an entry, the participant agrees to the rules and allows the school to showcase the work to publicize the event.
