A: Joining a virtual run means that you can run anywhere and anytime (even on a treadmill) before the deadline. Once the run is completed, you just need to send us the proof of your running activity and the entitlements will be mailed to your address.

A: You can register for L.O.V.e-Run at https://sites.google.com/moe-dl.edu.my/loverun2021/. The deadline for registration is 31^st October 2021.

A: No, The L.O.V.e-Run 2021 is for everyone no matter what fitness level. Whether you are an avid runner or walker, you can split your race over a few days or weeks within the running period from 1^st June 2021 – 15^th August 2021 and they can be in any amount of distances as you feel comfortable with! Whichever way you complete the distance, a cool finisher medal and e-certificate are great rewards for your achievement!

A: Currently we do not have age limits for this event. We actually encourage individuals of all ages to take on our challenges and complete them. L.O.V.e-Run is open to for all students and the general public.

A: No, we do not charge any hidden fees – everything is included in the prices you see. Participants would only have to pay for the registration fee based on chosen package and postage fee only.

A: We do not receive any cash payment. Payment can only be made to the following account through ATM or Online Banking before submitting the registration form. Please write your name as the recipient reference. Next, upload the payment receipt as proof when you fill up the registration form.

A: You may submit your run records on the Results page after completing the online registration before 15^th November 2021. The run records that you submit have to include the run distance, date and time.

A: The entitlement items will be sent out within 14 -30 working days after the end of the virtual run period. Estimated delivery time varies from 7-14 working days, and might take longer depending on delivery service companies and location.
