The duration of the summer school eLearning content is designed to be 20 days. This may vary for each student. Students in Kindergarten have a variety of journal writing prompts. Students in grades 1-2 will go through a multi-day process writing experience. Each grade level will engage with a different type of writing. Students in grades 1-2 will also be provided with a variety of journal prompts from which to choose. Students in grades 3-5 will go through a literary and informational Text Dependent Analysis writing experience. They will also be provided with a variety of journal writing prompts from which to choose.

Students in grades K-3 will work at their own pace to learn and/or review as many new sight words as they can in 20 days. They will also engage in some learning games to build their word power! Students in grades 3-5 will work on a variety of games and activities to build their word power!
The top 3 projects listed on the top line of each page are aligned to students' grade level ranges. The projects beneath are additional projects that students can select based on interest.
