I currently teach Chemistry, AP Psychology, and Molecular and Evolutionary Biology at Kent Denver School in Englewood, Colorado.

I first learned about the Modern Classrooms Project the same way many others have - through podcasts! I heard Kareem Farah speak on Jennifer Gonzalez's Cult of Pedagogy podcast and was intrigued. Thus began the start of a beautiful friendship! 

When not at school, you can find me hiking, reading, and learning to play the piano. I also love all things neuroscience, so I am always taking a class, listening to brain podcasts, jumping into a Zoom, or heading to a nerdy but awesome conference.
