Phase 1: Discovery and Assessment (1 Month)

- Conduct a thorough review of current systems (MRP, BOM, Forecasting, and

Scheduling) to identify inefficiencies, formula issues, and data gaps.

- Meet with key stakeholders to understand specific business needs, pain points,

and long-term goals.

- Define requirements for Power BI dashboards and compliance integration.

Phase 2: System Design & Optimization (2-3 Months)

- Optimize Excel formulas and automation for MRP, BOM, and Forecasting,

ensuring smooth integration with existing processes.

- Design and develop Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting and analytics.

- Implement automated error-checking mechanisms and data validation tools in

Excel.

- Train key staff on the new tools and processes.

Phase 3: Testing, Training & Final Implementation (1-2 Months)

- Test the new systems in real-world scenarios to ensure that they meet needs.

- Provide user training on the new Excel functionalities, Power BI tools, and the

overall workflow.

- Finalize documentation for all changes and improvements.

- Set up an ongoing support and maintenance plan, if needed.
