Phase 1: ISO 9001:2015 Implementation (0-3 months)
- Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis to identify where current processes do
not align with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Develop an ISO-specific action plan with timelines, deliverables, and
responsibilities.
- Start documentation development for policies, procedures, and records.
- Provide ISO 9001:2015 training for staff members and departments.
Phase 2: Internal Auditing and Compliance (3+ months, ongoing)
- Perform internal audits at North American locations to ensure compliance
with ISO 9001:2015.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and provide actionable feedback.
- Develop audit schedules to ensure regular assessments (quarterly or
biannually).
- Provide corrective action plans for any non-conformance or areas needing
improvement.
Ongoing Support
- Offer continuous ISO 9001:2015 support as an on-demand consultant or
internal resource.
- Regularly update training materials to reflect changes in ISO standards or
operational needs.
- Assist with annual internal audits and prepare for subsequent certification
audits.
