Our overall goal is to keep improving every competition. We also want to maintain our four teams into the following years. We will often build off of each other and help each other by sharing ideas and improving our robots.
We meet on Monday and Thursday nights to work on our robot and practice driving. We also meet after school to practice driving, work on the driving and autonomous codes, and fix anything the robot needs. Our team is led by sophomores with the freshmen following closely behind. We accept all input and will filter out the best ideas. We strive to ensure of sense of unity in our teams.
Our team’s definition of Gracious Professionalism is being excited and competitive on the field while also reaching out to give and receive help in the downtime. We like to reach out to other teams so we can improve our team while also improving our alliance partners. Gracious professionalism means a lot to our team, as we are all working together to solve the challenge. This is represented by us working with our new teams and showing them how to help other teams in need. We enjoy helping out newer teams and showing them the same hospitality we were shown when we first started. We want to show that it is okay to help other teams, even if it means they become better than us.
