Membership Incentives & Awards
Minnesota PTA wants to acknowledge your efforts each year as you bolster your membership recruitment activities, and gather new members to support your PTA activities. Each member your PTA gains brings vital support to your local PTA's initiatives, and the vital work that PTA achieves at the state and national levels to advocate for every child.
To qualify for incentives and awards your PTA:
Must be an affiliate PTA or PTSA in Minnesota.
Must have a confirmed membership of 20 or more members in the prior fiscal year.
Must submit current membership data and submit paid dues prior to the published deadlines.
Must attain a positive (+)% increase in membership over your last year's submission.

PTA's that submit membership by December 1st will have a chance to score some free convention tickets for their PTA. Valued at $65 a piece, this prize not only pays your admission ticket, but this opportunity helps support your PTA's growth and leadership development. Your PTA will bring back vaulable information and resources to your school community providing years of benefits as you lead with informed decision making, and advanced leadership training.
Convention takes place in Bloomington Minnesota at the Masonic Heritage Center. Costs for transportation and hotels should be allocated within your PTA's budget as 'leadership training'. Click here to read more about Convention!

Membership may be submitted to our office by email and a paper check.
Collect membership information and transfer the data to a digital spreadsheet.

Paper checks and digital membership data must be received in time to allow for processing. Please call or email if you have questions.
