Listening to a mindful meditation clears my mind and relaxes me. It helps me connect with myself. It always gives me a boost and it's just what I need to start my day.

Being the only girl with 2 brothers, things at home can get very crazy. The meditation helps with calming my body after a stressful morning at home and helps me prepare for a day at school.

I think that morning mindful meditation is important because it relaxes us and gets us ready to start the day. It makes me feel more relaxed and alert the rest of the day. When I led morning mindful meditation it made me feel really nervous, but I know that it was worth it. When I came back to my classroom, everybody was clapping for me and it made me feel very happy.

When I led the mindfulness exercises, I wasn't sure if people could hear me or if they liked listening to me, but I still enjoyed leading them. I love talking to everyone and doing these activities. It gives me a sense of leadership and it feels good to help other people be mindful.
