How do I register as ML Express Agent?
Filename: MLX Wallet Application.apk
Description: MLX Wallet is a mobile application used by our ML Express Agents that will process Sendout, Payout / Cashout, PayBills and Eload Transactions
Prerequisites:
1. Installed ML Express System version 10.0
2. Android mobile phone/tablet
3. High Internet speed
4. Whitelisted as ML Express Agent
A. Download the MLX Wallet Application
1. Open the MLX Wallet app link:
2. Click and download the MLX Wallet Application apk file.
3. Open the MLX Wallet Application apk file.
B. Install the MLX Wallet Application
1. Click "install" to successfully install the MLX Wallet Mobile Application.
Note:
If the installation is successful:
MLX Wallet message will appear "App installed".
If the installation is unsuccessful:
Please contact ML Express Support or TG - Helpdesk.

Description: ML Express System is a web based remittance system that will process Sendout, Payout, Billspayment, and Eload Transactions
Application Type: Web Service
Prerequisites:
1. Installed ML Express System version 2.3.8
2. Android Version 6.0 and above
3. High Internet speed
A. Download the ML Express v2.3.8 Application
1. Open the ML Express v2.3.8 app link:
2. Click and download the ML Express v2.3.8 apk file
3. Open the ML Express v2.3.8 downloaded apk file
B. Install the ML Express v2.3.8 Application
1. Click "install" to successfully install the ML Express Application.
Note:
If the installation is successful:
ML Express Application Portal will display

Error: App not installed / Unfortunately, ML Express has stopped.
Solution: Check the internet connection and application settings
1. Go to "Settings"
2. Follow the steps below:
a. Apps & Notification
b. See All Apps / ML Express
c. Storage & cache
e. Clear cache / Uninstall the existing ML Express App
f. Reinstall the ML Express Application:

If installation remains to be unsuccessful, please contact ML Express Support or TG - Helpdesk.
What do I do if I cannot access the ML Express Application using my new device?
1. Make sure your username and password are correct.

1. Immediately call ML Express and TG Helpdesk for the activation of your account.

With the ML Express App, you can perform the following services:
1. Sendout:
- Is a simple way of sending money via the ML Express App to your family and friends anywhere.
2. Payout:
- You can conveniently receive money from your nearby ML Express branch of the following transactions:
a. MLW Transactions
b. MLKP Transactions
c. KPN Transactions
d. MLG Transactions
e. Partners Transactions
3. Billspayment:
- Quickly pay your bills to over 300 partners nationwide from a number of categories including Utilities, Medical, Telecoms and Travel / Amusement
4. Eload:
- Buy or send load for the following networks:
a. Smart
b. Sun Cellular
c. Globe
d. DITO
e. Smart & TNT
f. Load Central

3. Check if you are connected with the correct WIFI connection:
If the WIFI connection is connected properly:
a. Check wifi speedtest:
- Search "Speedtest" in Google
- Click the "Run Speed Test"
If the WIFI connection is not working properly:
a. Try to connect with your mobile data network

1. If WIFI connection is working properly but printing of receipt is still not working:
a. Go to "Settings"
b. Select the "Apps & Notification"
c. See All Apps / ML Express
d. Storage & cache
e. Clear cache / Uninstall the existing ML Express App
f. Reinstall the ML Express Application:

Error: Cannot open this file
Solution: Check printer settings and PDF file reader
A. Printer Settings
1. Check if you are connected with your printer
If yes, check if you have a PDF reader
Follow the steps in: B: PDF file reader
If no, follow the steps below:
a. Click "All printers"
b. Click "Add printer"
c. Allow the Wi-Fi Direct printing
d. Click the "Find Wi-Fi Direct printers
e. Choose and connect with the correct printer

1. Install PDF reader in Google Playstore
2. Allow PDF reader terms and conditions
3. Check and try to print the receipt again.
If printing of receipt remains to be unsuccessful, please contact ML Express Support or TG - Helpdesk.
What do I do to change my password?
To change your password:
1. Click the "Settings" icon on the upper right beside the "Hello, username".
2. Provide and update the following details:
a. Current Password
b. New Password
c. Confirm Password
3. To successfully change your password, click the "Change Password" button.
