  • Worked on defense aerospace (SCRAMJET) simulations, Supersonic internal flows since more than 15 years.

  • Worked on diverse industrial projects using CFD simulations for industries like automobile, air filtration, Marine, Valves, Piping, Water filtration etc.

  • Worked on Tribology projects of Material Characterization on Pin on Disc Machine for Kirloskar Oil Engines.Ltd.

  • Consultancy for testing of lubricants for various Petrochemical companies using four ball tester. (WP and EP tests as per ASTM)

  • Consultancy for Research Scholars using POD Tribometer, and four ball tester.

Contributions to School of Mechanical Engineering and MITWPU:

  • Developed Advanced Laboratories Like CFD Laboratory and Tribology Lab.

  • Member BOS Mechanical, Active in development of new curriculum of UG/PG subjects.

  • Founder , Mentor and coordinator for SUPRA activity since 2011 - 2019 (Design and manufacturing of Formula Style race car)

  • Indigenously developed a software for Auto Rickshaw meter testing consultancy work.

  • Done consultancy worth 2 Lakh So far in Tribology Lab for researchers and Industry.

  • Developed cut section model of transmission for students in Tribology Laboratory.

  • Worked as an active member for NBA

  • Worked as IT in charge for the department and ingenuously developed the “Records & Information System” for the department.

  • Laboratory In charge- for Tribology Laboratory and Active member to look after CFD laboratory

  • Carried our research Projects in CFD and Tribology laboratory for various industries.

  • Worked as review committee member for UG/PG academic projects

  • Mentoring UG/PG/PhD students as well as young faculty in the school.
