With this exhibition, I wish to tell my stories to the audience through my works. I hoped by presenting my body of works, everyone could feel the emotions and understand the story as well as the meanings behind it all. I want the audience to get the initial feeling I delivered and have them to be moved by how well the emotions and stories are portrayed. The concept and understanding I initially intended to convey is the satisfactory feelings that I got through various life experiences that I went through. The joyous and delightful feeling that I wanted to share with the audience.

I have tried to create these works by experimenting with different mediums and exploring different perspectives for this exhibition. By trying new different elements, I have achieved the final outcomes in different ways. The particular theme that can be identified in the work is satisfaction, or simply the feeling of completeness after accomplishing something. I tried to display many cheerful stories with positive meanings to it all and hope the audience can gain a piece of happiness that I felt. These works are purely influenced by the few moments or events in my life that have made me feel very satisfied and blissful.

I tried to exhibit these artworks in a way that can help display the message and the narrative behind it clearly. In a way that lets the audience see and partake in the journey as they browse through the works shown. This way, it can contribute to the meaning of the works a lot more due to the way it’s depicted and how it’s portrayed in the location. I tried to exhibit it in a decent-looking place with enough lighting that makes it minimalistic-looking to demonstrate the simplicity of the feeling of satisfaction.
