Kathakar provides a medium for children from across the country to listen to audiobooks of various children’s books. Our volunteers record their narration of children’s stories in many different languages from the books we provide in pdf form or books that they themselves have. Also, we animate various stories your kids write.

Submit these stories, and our volunteers will animate them for you! :)

• We provide pdfs of children's books in different languages along with audio recordings recorded by our volunteers and members. The audios are uploaded on soundcloud and can be played directly on the website.

We have tried to include as many langauges as possible, based on the fluency of our volunteers. We shall comtinue building our resource base.

• Links to existing animations and children's shows which have a high level of art which is not overstimulating. Accessing these through the website instead of the YouTube app also puts an additional check on the comtent reaching the children inadvertently.
