Job Description: Provide assistance with activities of daily living. Assist the nurses and other staff as needed. Proper documentation per policy and procedure. Assist with medication administration. Maintains an orderly, sanitary, and safe environment.
Work Location: 10101 W Wisconsin Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53226
Wage: $12.25-$13.50/hour; PM shift from 4/4:30-9pm
Requirements: The requirements would be E/O weekend and four holidays/yr. Current C.N.A. certification.
