Role: CNC Youth Apprentice

Job Summary: 

The CNC Youth Apprentice will learn the operation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines used in the production of woodwork products.

During the course of the Youth Apprenticeship, you will learn: CNC Machine Operation, CNC Router Programming, Production Scheduling, Quality Control and Equipment Maintenance.

Qualifications: 

·         Junior or Senior in high school

·         Interest in manufacturing and/or woodworking.

·         Good reading and comprehension skills.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills.

·         Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities. 

·         Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment. 

·         Familiarity with woodworking techniques, materials, and industry standards is a plus.
