From Emily Dickinson to Aerosmith, Boston and the surrounding areas have been home to some of the great names in poetry, literature, and songwriting. This course will explore what it means to be an artist and writer from Boston. We will center the conversation around the literature, poetry, nonfiction, and music that shapes the region’s cultural legacy.
