Interactive Fiction II-Game Design II

INTERACTIVE FICTION II Unleveled 824 2.5 credits

Prerequisites: Interactive Fiction I

Interactive Fiction I is a prerequisite for this course. Students will expand their understanding of text-based games by doing deeper analyses of professionally produced examples. They will also produce a new game, or revise an existing one, with a focus on key areas of production to demonstrate mastery, including text (extensive writing to enhance the story within their game), coding (using software features to create complex interactions in their game), or media (producing original graphics, sound, or print materials to accompany their game).
