Registration Forms for New and Returning Students

Welcome to the Millis Public Schools Online Registration system!

This is the Millis Public Schools new process for registering new students and updating information for current students.

What is Online Registration?

Online Registration is a secure portal which allows parents/guardians to submit a new enrollment application or updated information to the District. Instructions are then given to submit required documents to verify all student demographic, emergency and medical information for the current or upcoming school year.

How does the online registration process work?

You'll need a desktop computer, laptop , tablet or smartphone with Internet access. Note: if you do not have a device or Internet access, you may access computers and the internet at the Millis Public Library. In addition, your school has a computer available for parents to use. Please call ahead to let them know you are coming. If you have a device, but need Wi-Fi access for your device, you may choose to visit public locations with free Wi-Fi, such as local restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

Families of returning students should receive an infosnap registration snapcode. Note that families registering a kindergarten or new student will not receive a snapcode.

What’s a snapcode?

The snapcode is like a key to your child’s data for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode for each child. Make sure you enter it exactly as it appears, with no spaces or punctuation.

Do I need to create an account?

If this is the first time you’ve completed a PowerSchool online registration form, you will need to create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number to create the account.

Forms for multiple children can be completed in the same account. If you have multiple students, you only need one account, but you will need to provide the information specific for each child. We recommend that you complete and submit one form and then start another – this will allow you to copy family information, which saves you time.

If none of my child’s information changed, do I still need to do the online registration process?

Yes. Yearly registration is required for all students. Beginning this year, all registration will be completed online.
