Dynamic and strategic planning for digital learning and innovation in the Millis Public Schools.
The Digital Learning and Innovation Plan Workgroup will meet face-to-face four times between February and April/May. The group will continue to work on tasks in shared documents and via email. A Digital Learning and Innovation Plan website will be maintained to provide access to the Workgroup’s timeline, phases of the project, and updates on the planning process, as well as links to shared documents, survey tools, and resources.
The Planning Process:
Development of the Digital Learning and Innovation Plan will take place in three phases:
Phase I - Data Collection and Review
Phase II - Goals Development
Phase III - Create the Digital Learning and Innovation Plan
The Workgroup meets four times between February and May:
February, 2018 - Planning process overview and survey development
March, 2018 - Survey data and goals development
April, 2018 - Complete goals and review draft of DL&I Plan
May/June, 2018 - Final draft DL&I Plan
