Tenant Information: Homeowners may submit tenant information, including name, contact details, payment status, behavior notes, rent start and end dates, and before/after images of the rental property.
Reviews: Homeowners may submit reviews or feedback about tenants, which may include text, ratings, or other descriptive content.
Account Information: Username, password, and other authentication details when you create an account. If you use Sign in with Apple, we collect only the data you choose to share (e.g., name and email or anonymized email).
We may collect information about your interactions with the App, such as features used or content viewed, to improve our services. This data is not used for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To Provide and Improve the App: To enable homeowners to create and manage tenant profiles, share tenant information (e.g., payment status, behavior, rent details, images), and post reviews.
To Facilitate Communication: To allow homeowners to communicate with tenants or other homeowners as needed.
To Ensure Security: To verify user identities, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of the App.
To Personalize Your Experience: To tailor content and features based on your preferences and usage.
To Comply with Legal Obligations: To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
To Analyze and Enhance Services: To understand how users interact with the App and improve its functionality and performance. We do not use this data for advertising without your consent.
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
With Other Users: Tenant information (e.g., payment status, behavior, rent details, before/after images, and reviews) provided by homeowners may be visible to other homeowners within the App, as per the App’s functionality.
With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, or authentication (e.g., Sign in with Apple). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
For Legal Purposes: We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or to comply with legal obligations.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. You can delete your account at any time through the App’s Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your personal information, including your account details and any tenant information or reviews you have submitted, unless retention is required by law. We offer Sign in with Apple as a login option to protect your privacy. This allows you to:
Limit data shared to your name and email address.
Use an anonymized email address to keep your personal email private.
Prevent tracking of your App interactions for advertising purposes without your consent.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
Your information may be stored and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, where our servers or service providers are located. We take steps to ensure that your data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
