Take a shower or bath
Spend some time with a pet
Talk it out with a friend or parent
Feeling Anxious? Try box breathing exercise:
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breath - count to 4
Exhale slowly through your mouth - count to 4.
Hold again on empty - count to 4.
