Lifelong learner, practitioner and educator. I currently teach part-time at a Maryland area college. My specialties include Certification Preparation, Cyber Security Competitions, Patch Management, Firewalls and Cloud Computing.

A Kansas native, I have lived in many different places, but Kansas is home. Upon graduating with a BA in Economics from the University of Kansas. I spent four and half years in the commodity industry working at the KCBT or CBOT. In 1997, I got into tech full time. I have held numorious positions over the years, but technical training was always my first love.

I hold a MS in Cyber and Information Security from Capitol Technology University. I also hold numerous industry certifications. Many in Cyber. I have reflected on my career and almost all including the commodity industry relates to Risk of some kind or another.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, antiquing and reading about the lastest Tech.
