Happy April! Spring is in full bloom, and our school is buzzing with excitement! This time of year brings so many wonderful opportunities for learning, growth, and fun. Our students are blossoming just like the flowers outside, showing curiosity, kindness, and a love for learning each day. Dutchess County 4-H partnered with New York Agriculture in the Classroom for Ag Literacy Week. A special thank you to DCC student, Paolina Perpepaj, who delivered a lesson to each of our 1st and 2nd classrooms. Along with reading the book "The Pie That Molly Grew,” the students made pumpkin pie in a bag.

Lyall Community Church is offering a free, weekly program available to Millbrook CSD students in grades K-12. The program provides study help, dinner, and social time on Thursdays from 5:00-7:30 p.m., following a school schedule. Lyall Community Church is also seeking reliable adults with a background in education to volunteer to tutor students. Please reach out to lyallchurchstudydinner@gmail.com to join their Google Classroom and to fill out the attendance form.
