Payment Policy:

All payments are due in full prior to or at the time of services. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash, Check, or most major credit cards. Please note that there will be a $25 fee for returned checks. For established clients, payment plans are available upon request!

If you are in need of financial assistance, please reach out to me prior to booking an appointment. I will do my best to help with the insurance reimbursements, financial aid, scholarships, or other creative ways to pay for my services.

After each visit, I will provide you will a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement!

In office pumping consult or flange fitting 60 minutes $195

Bottle Refusal consult (for babies under 6 months) up to 120 minutes $295

All prices are for in-home visits within 25 miles of Schenectady, NY or at my office location. All other locations are subject to the travel fees listed below. Please note that travel fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
