After pressing "Submit" to your answers in the questionnaire above, please provide the following documents:

• Latest Business Plan / Budget / Pitch Deck

• Year End 2023 and Current 2024 YTD Monthly Financial Statements

• Tax Returns - Previous 3 Years (Federal and all States)

• Any other reports/data used to run the business today (e.g. client billing summary, profitability, etc.)

By using 1 of the following 3 options:

If you have a Google Workspace Account:

• Click on this link to submit your files directly and securely to our Google Drive.

If you do not have a Google Workspace Account:

• Request access to a secure mile13 Shared Drive folder by sending an email to accounting@mile-13.com. You will receive a separate email invitation with an additional level of security to ensure two-factor authentication, or

• Invite accounting@mile-13.com to your preferred file-sharing provider (Dropbox, OneDrive / SharedDrive, iCloud, etc).
